Refund policy

NawabiLibas.com follows a transparent Return Policy for all products purchased from our online store.

• Return requests must be initiated on the same day of delivery. Only unused products are eligible for returns.
• Products showing any signs of use are not eligible for returns.
• All refunds are provided as Store Credits through a Credit Note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Store Credits can only be used for new purchases on NawabiLibas.com.
• Store Credits are issued after we receive and verify the returned item.
• Products purchased using Store Credits cannot be returned.
• You'll need to ship the item to our address.
• Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund and/or before 12:00 AM IST.
